Before this useless thread is hopefully deleted by Khelvan ( please delete it Khlevan after I read it) I want to ask someone: What is a troll?

I've heard about their existance and people talk about them? But what is it?

Wikipedia on trolling.

Basically someone who does his best to upset a discussion on an internet forum for no apparent reason, utilising verbal abuse and general rudeness in attempts to draw attention and bait other users into angery replies, possibly netting them a warning.

Technically, the person in question (who shall remain unnamed because I fear various reprisals) does act like a bit of a troll around the EB forum, which is odd, because he is fine elsewhere... I think he and the EB people just don't get along, because they act rather trollish towards him as well.

When people insult and question my work and that of friends, I tend to get infuriated. I believe it's only natural, even if my wording was not the most correct.

It is still a REaction rather than something I take initiative on, so excuse me if I disagree with being put in the same group of "the-certain-person-you don't-wish-to-name-because-you-are-afraid-of-reprisals".

Sometimes referred to as dousing a bonfire with petrol. It will work iff all the oxygen is sucked out of the local vicinity but the process tends to lead to unnessary scarring.

caesar44, if you are capable of doing so, which you have not yet proven, you are welcome to post here with only academic discussion. Your trolling and unsubstantiated claims will now be deleted out of hand. Stay or go, it is your choice, but you have to move beyond attempting to start flame wars or you will go by force.
