The Wheel of Time turns and Ages come and go, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth,
and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth returns again. In the Third Age, an Age of
Prophecy, the World and Time themselves hang in the balance. What was, what will be, and what is, may yet
    fall under the Shadow

Twice and twice shall he be marked,
Twice to live, and twice to die.
Once the heron, to set his path.
Twice the heron, to name him true.
Once the dragon, for remembrance lost.
Twice the dragon, for the price he must pay.

sorry, but you must think that some armors weren´t used in the same period like others....or do you want to make some different periods of time?

Here's a few ones... Sorry for the quality, I tried to take the best I found...

    - HOSOKAWA -

And here under, Hosokawa Tadaoki personnal armor :

    - UKITA -

Sorry, it the only pic I found… It’s from the Sekigahara Park reconstitution

    - MOGAMI -

    source : http://www.koutouclub.net/english/news.htm

    - AMAKO -

    Amako Kabuto

Amako Hero - Yamanaka Kikanosuke Yukimori

From what I’ve read until now, it seems that Amako family and heroes always wear a crescent moon on their kabuto…

    - ASAI -

Asai Nagamasa in a 19th century woodblock from Yoshitoshi

    - ASAKURA -

Asakura Yoshikage in a 19th century woodblock from Yoshitoshi

I hope these will help ! For the woodblocks, I will try to find the real armors,... If they survived...

heroes or historical characters will have different armors? it could be fun to watch on the battlefield some of your generals in this way
Tough Times Don't Last. Tough People Do. Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover. [Mark Twain]

The armors showed in the screenshots are for the clans leaders only, an other model is used for the captains/retainers...

I don't know if it helps at all, but legend has it that Asai Nagamasa and Maeda Toshiee were especially handsome.

As for armors, I suppose you don't need any pictures from the movie Kagemusha XD

If you still have any daimyo's left to design (the ones you've posted in another thread look fantastic!), I believe I can dig up a couple. I've visited the castles in nagoya and kyoto a number of times, as well as the hidden village of iga, and a couple other castles that I visited when I was really little. I KNOW we took some pictures of samurai/daimyo armors at those locations, both relics and recreations.
