You can be as nasty as you like, confess your sins to god and be absolved of all of it. Felling refreshed you can go back to conquering with a clear consience.

No you can't. It is not enough to simply confess, you have to honestly mean the confession and be sorry you did whatever out of a guilty concience.Originally Posted by rebelscum

kekvitirae in some cities, it is almost impossible to turn them christian without facing an instant rebellion, so why destroy the Sacred Circle of Wotan and have a rebellion in Vicus Frankii?
the best reasom in my eyes is that youll get some exclusive units
sofar i know bout
Paladins
Burgundian lancers and there are prolly more
We do not sow.
You get priest units if you go christian, but apart from that the only reason I see for switching is the challenge.

Send a couple of Christian diplomats/spies and family members to the region for a few turns before you destroy the Pagan shrine. This will make sure they wont rebel.Originally Posted by Horatius
Quick bit of advice: when you start your WRE or ERE campaign on VH campaign, don't try to change religions in cities against the majority population! Religion is the biggest factor behind unrest. Just stick with the majority religion in the settlement and foster it.
