The only people that article indicates that could be in these prisons are "most important al Qaeda captives." As far as I am aware, it is impossible to illegally kidnap a terrorist who is actively involved in armed attacks on civilians. We normally call this "capturing" them.Originally Posted by Ronin

unless US secret agents have some sort of judisdiction on italian soil (and the court seems to consider that they don´t) just grabbing some guy by force out of the street is considered kidnapping by any definition I am familiar with....Originally Posted by TinCow
