Genghis Khan - Chinise (Taiwanese?) TV Series

They're broadcasting it in TR now, I watched the latest episode an hour ago. It's a -seemingly- Chinese or Taiwanese production.

I wish to learn the details, official titles etc. IMDB has several entries but none of them matches mine. The TV channel isn't kind enough to provide the original title and credits and I cannot read Chinese.

Well, I 'm sure you 'll find someone to transcribe the names, I could be a very very last choice if no one does (a couple of them I mean heh).

EDIT: Yes, it must be the same..I just noticed that the main actors are on the screenshot you posted.
The director is Wang Wengjie , that is unless I make a horrible mistake heh

Thanks for your help but it's not a documentary. Pure drama, apparently based on history (+ The Secret History of Mongols) even at times at the cost of risking dramatic unity.

According to Babelfish it's Wang Wenjie but IMDB can't find either.

Maybe emailing the Chinese corp. helps, will see.

You're welcome. Yes documentaries don't list their actors so boldly heh (that's also why I couldn't find it when googling "Genghis Khan" and "documentary" in mandarin; silly me:P).
The series is called "Genghis Khan" (成吉思汗) BTW
