    Default Skin or model problem ?

    In my first attempt of moddeling I've switched the weapon as you see, the texture is okey in 3dsmax I export it. When I lunch the game it looks like in the pic, any issue for this ? I've just notticed that the .CAS file is a smaller in size than the others...

    you need to edit the alpha channel in the texture, this is cause your transparency

    OK that was a the alpha thanks . But wonder if I made something wrong with the model, it's 16kb and the models I used to grab the falx and the original greek peltast are about 40-50kb but it works fine in game...

    I took the liberty of having the exporter not export 'unnessecery' information

    Just out of curiosity: Why does the guy look like he is 10 feet tall compared to those in front and behind him? Is he 5 feet off the ground and in the foreground? (That's my guess...)

    Also, the curvature of his abs and the "dent" in his arm suggests he need reweighting. Just a suggestion.
