I just wanted to publicly express my continued fanship (is that even a word?) of Europa Barbarorum. I know that I am on the team now, but ever since I was recruited, I have done very little by way of celebrating the awesomeness that is EB.

So, I just wanted to say that I am still a huge fan of this project. I see how hard you guys work everyday and I am seriously awed.

TA, Khelvan, Aymar, Malrubius, Sarcasm, urnamma, et al. All of you. I am non-stop blown away.

I wanted to express my gratitude as the fan that I am. Because I am a fan first and foremost. It has been a huge privelege to see the amazing breakthroughs and concepts you guys come up with. I consider myself fortunate to play the small part that I do on the EB team.

You guys are all amazingly talented people.


Thank you again for your daily dedication to this noble and valuable project.

YOU GUYS CAN GET A SIG BY:

(1) open the faction preview which has the banner you want.

(2) right click the banner and select copy

(3) Open your paint program from your start menu

(4) go to the menu at the top and select paste from one of the drag down menus

(5) shrink the size of your paint window to fit the banner.

(6) save you paint program.

(7) go to image shack.

(8) click browse.

(9) pick your paint picture w/ the sig.

(10)one you upload the image, copy the URL from the "link for forums" I think it is link for forums #1. It will have this:[img][/img] on the ends.

(11) paste the url onto your sig in the Org user CP.

(12) have a beer.

Uh oh! You can't use it as is. It's 41.8 KB and the upper limit at the ORG is 10 KB. You will need to resize it down to fit the regulations.

Here it is, step by step... we can use the one in my signature cause I am too lazy to go find another one.

1) Find the banner you like in one of the preview threads.

2) Right-click on it.

3) Scroll down to 'Properties' and click on it.

4) Find the URL and highlight it, then hit Ctrl-C to copy it. Leave the Properties box open in case something goes wrong, you don't have to go find the picture again.

5) Click on 'User CP' at the top left up there.

6) On the left, click on 'Edit Signature'.

7) Above the text box, click on the yellow box with the mountain in it to add a picture.

8) Paste the URL you copied into the dialog box that appears. Hit 'OK' and the code will be added to the text box.

9) Click on the 'Save Signature' box and that's it!

I don't. I followed instructions exactly but no little EB Romans emblem dealy. It shows up in the preview of my signature but not anywhere else

It is time for me to reassert my fanhood! I love EB, and always will! I'm preserving my post-Cherry Vanilla 'virginity' for EB, because that's the one I love and it's the only one I'll ever give myself completely to. Hence no BI.

I'm waiting, i'm drooling, and I drink up every new post that appears on the forums everytime I can log in... Keep up the good work, all of you, khelvan, teleklos, urnamma, aymar, ranika, dux, and all the the others whose names I may have missed out due to bad memory...Keep the eternal fires burning!

From inside experience, I have only this to say: You have no idea how right you are. This EB thing is so going to rock when it comes out. It will rock so much all Counterstrike and World of Warcraft players will find themselves gravitating towards it. It's so...rocky. :D
