Oh, wouldn't this be poetic justice:

Tom Delay and the Republicans rammed redistricting through the Texas legislature, splitting up more liberal districts so that more Republicans and less Democrats could get elected. It provoked a firestorm of controversy that saw state Democrats hole themselves up in an out of state hotel, in a vain attempt to prevent the redistricting.

Now, however, Delay is indicted for corruption, and is complaining he can't get a fair trial. Why? Because he's apparently being tried in one of those liberal districts that his partisan political maneuverings have poisoned towards him!
