A multiplayer "pact" made between players/clans that they'll adhere to a sort of "chivalry" to preserve the fun of the game, especially to avoid exploiting the game's technical flaws.
Members (those who signed up) are given the "award" to mark their status. I'm not into multiplayer, so I'm not interested.
Look into the multiplayer forums for more details.

It was removed from the Awards list due to complaints about how it was just a badge you signed up for, not an actual award you earned.
