Very brutal and true as far as I can see. Good Acting and Im really enjoying watching it.

I enjoyed the first episode. I have the second episode recorded, I'll watch it later. Though there was an article in one of the papers last Sunday in which the director mentions that the BBC version has been cut, very heavily in places, with most of what was removed being scenes in the Senate and such, that's a pity if it's true. I hope they release it on DVD.

And I think there have been other threads about this in the Frontroom and the Monastery, but none that we neophytes can post in.

I hadn't seen the first of the series, but I enjoyed the second episode. It was cool. I'll be watching next week.

    Hi everyone

Yes there are other threads and my impression was that it was a 13-parter.
