Which barbarian faction is the best for an infantry/ ranged attack style

The Franks 'Hunters' rock. And the infantry they have are solid battering rams.

And Francisca Heerbann are pretty fearsome on their missile front. Their melee is great too.

I'll second the Francisca Heerbann. A heavy infantry unit with a ranged attack is a formidable presence on the battlefield, and the Francisca fill that role very well.

From what I've heard, the Plumbatarii are just about their equals. Maybe the Francisca are slightly better.
