Hi everyone

I haven't spotted this in the readme file but has experience given from particular buildings been reduced in 1.3? I seem to remember the Jupiter shrines for Julii giving experience but they no longer appear to. I don't mind this as I am happy with just the blacksmith upgrades for weapons/armour. I can get the experience from battles .
