Default Too few strings in element data, what does this mean?

Going by the instructions in the Repository, I copied the Muster Field from Viking Invasion and pasted it - after tidying it up - into the CRUSADER_BUILD_PROD13 file. I then went ahead and altered it slightly with Gnome Editor. I'm having the Muster Field as a requirement for peasants, archers and spearmen. When I started up MTW, I got the following message:

    PHP Code:
Too few strings in element datacolumn 23data row 41

    15
I have no idea what this means. How would I fix this problem? I'd appreciate your help.

It sounds like you might have made a mistake with spacing, which happens very easily, especially cutting and pasting. I would suggest to check the column and row numbered with Gnome editor, although the error message often gives the wrong ones due to errors.
If it's not a mess up in the text just keep trying and eventually you should get it.
Also, open up the file, and see if there is any junk text on the bottom (I don't know where it comes from, but when I work on a unit or build prod file for a long time sometimes junk text fragments end up on the bottom, and cause problems.) If you find any carefully delete them, being careful not to erase any important symbols, lines or spaces.

Thanks for replying, I'll recheck the spacing in the text build file. I don't know why the Viking text files appear differently to the those in MTW proper. I tried this same thing months ago and still got an error message.

Problem fixed. Thanks for the help. It was a spacing issue in the production preferences label section. Further unrelated problems were created in the happines and income generation sections. It appears I can't have ports or watch towers generate income - to represent custom tariffs - nor can taverns or merchants increase happiness.
