I dont know how you can down 1/3 and end up with 1/6. Unless you started with half a bottle. In that case, you have really finished 2/3. Now you must finish the last 1/3 of what you began with, or 1/6 of what you would have had if the bottle were full.

The cyclist is also pulled to a certain speed before he/she starts pedaling.
