What is/was your favourite subject at school?

If you're under 20, that shouldn't be hard.
If you're old, some of the options might not have been around in your day.
And if you're so old you can't remember, I've provided a GAH! option.

Apparently I can edit some aspects of the poll...but not if it's multiple choice or not.

History should be divided into two groups, World History and National History. Here in the US, I absolutely HATE taking US History, but I absolutely love World History.

Same here. I don't like national history. I love Byzantine(Greek) history.

I would say "history", but this year I have an uncultured illiterate teacher and it's Geography instead of history. So instead I chose Biology because that's the class with the nicest....company...

As far as subject is concerned then I gotta say history. As far as the class, the way learning goes, is concerned then I'll go with any easy-A classes lol. English can be fun sometimes as long as there is no stupid essay assignment.

Every one of the English classes I had was a blast, especially the advanced ones. It was more the people the classes tended to attract, both staff and students, than subject matter though. The things we did were almost always much more fun and engaging than any other class, although strictly speaking I am most interested in History.

Physics. Not because I enjoyed doing the actual subject, but because that was the lesson I had most fun in. Ah the good old days.

..and World History should be divided into two aswell lol. I prefer the old stuff such as the old civilization stuff; Babylon, Aztec, etc. WWII is an exceptional event, the rest "modern" stuff I'm not really interested in. US history is fun up until Civil War is over lol.

P.E.....although we have to run miles and miles, it is a break from GCSE work
    When I was a child
    I caught a fleeting glimpse
Out of the corner of my eye.
I turned to look but it was gone
I cannot put my finger on it now
    The child is grown,
    The dream is gone.

I went with Physics as I got a B with an E for effort, Maths was a close second. I was pants at English though and still couldn't tell you the difference between a similie and a pro-noun.

History in my school was restricted to things like the industrial revolution and was so boring in first and second year that I had no desire to do any more. Saying that I am considering some further education in History, might do a degree.

Bear in mind though all of this was >15 years ago.
