actually the tool just recode of the Vercingetorix's cas export/import tool .
and it not only use to tool to creat the tower , it also relate to about the bpi files and other things . our coder Hanben said he will find a time to write a guild of this . but you know , it's the end of 2005 now , and before our chinese traditional Nongli New year(we celebrate it as your chirstmas day) , all companies would very busy at this time . so please give a little patience on this . what's more , our coder Hanben is the only one who know how to use and how to mix the models in game . so i need his permission to release it . i had ever argue with him about it . i am in a quandary
