They are bubbles with colour, which then disappear just like normal bubbles................... The web site has pictures and videos.
I'd love to be a kid and have these.
It took the guy 11 years (!) to make these things. How he hasn't drowned himself in Fairy liquid yet is beyond me. Here is a full article on him:

Well if you read the article bubbles are 1 of the highest profit items in the toy market, So this guy definately picked a good category for research. Still readinhg the article though it's 11 pages long.
