I'll make a list of Crusaders and Moslem warriors within a few days.
Here are a few:
Janissaries (light Turkish cavalry and infantry)
Mamelukes (medium Egyptian camel warriors and infantry)
Bedouins (light camel warriors)
Saracen Light Cavalry (I don't have the proper name yet)
Saracen horse archers (same)
Templar Knights (with chanting ability)
Hospitallers (heavy cavalry)
Saracen cavalry (heavy cavalry)
Frankish chargers (heavy cavalry)
Composite bowmen
Frankish crossbows
Men-at-arms w/knight as an officer (cavalry and infantry)
Naukia but it's spelled wrong (Muslim archers with huge range)
Monks (chant / no weapons)
Peasant crusaders (light infantry)
Sejulks (light cavalry and light infantry)
Relic bearers (like first cohort w/the eagle for both sides mainly Christian)

This is looking nice! I like the winged helmets, but are they historical? They seem a little overly flamboyant.

Surprisingly yes, the helmets are but they do look overly flamboyent as you said...but thats just Knights for you.....
