Looking for a MTW stats editor

Hi all,

I'm returning to MTW after almost a year. All the goodies I used to have have long been deleted and written over so I'm trying to find the essentials once more.

What I need now is a certain editor I used to have.
Now, before the flaming begins, I'll say that I looked at several (namely, editors by Gnome, Dragon, Hedge and Engineer) but that's not what I had.
Nothing wrong with these editors but the one I had had a humane interface and more importantly, could filter units by religion, faction, type and/or period.

I'll try to describe the interface: it was (I think) divided into 3 frames, one in the top left corner (listing the units by their names), one below the first (where the filters were) and one on the right (showing the properties of a given unit).

If anyone has the vaguest idea what I'm talking about and can give me directions, I'd be very grateful.

It's a certain "MTW Tuner v0.9.0.1 beta", in Russian, made by Kirill.
