Oooohk, i have basicaly managed to find time to semi finish this :P
what we have so far:

Romano-British First Legionaires
1: 122 Men per Unit
2: Draconarii (not reskinned yet, been doing work on my Thracian Minimod)
3: Provides Morale Boosts
4: Uses regular Romano-British model & textures, im speaking to a friend to fix the hole in the leg (this means they get a cape )
5: New unit cards, and new Unit Info cards (ace piccy of a RB Legionaire running forward with his shield raised look below for a preview :P)

ok, ill have it done by this evening, im just rushing the last part of my mod, then ill finish your legionaries

Well it worked.
I've putted the First Legionnaires into the Romano British empire.
Even the unit cards look fine.

But on the battle map their still with the standard (West empire) colors.
Any idea on how to fix this?

I only have Photoshop, no 3d max ore anything.

It's been interesting to learn about modding.

Still am very curious how a more experienced modder (like yourself) handled the job though
