The USA should withdraw all military forces to US soil.
The USA should base troops overseas where invited and supported by plebescite.
The USA should base troops only where invited by the sitting government.
The USA should continue existing overseas basing, but end other deployments.
The USA should continue to deploy as it deems necessary to fight the WOT.
