I'm been searching through the files, but I can't find anything that has to do with garrisons. Does anyone know if garrison effects can be edited?
I'd like to reduce the effect peasants (and only peasants) have when garrisoning.

Not as far as I'm aware.

That is very unforunate. Oh well, plan B: Make peasants upkeep cost more. That should reduce the effectiveness of peasants garrisoning.
Anyway, since your a mod, can you please take off the restrictions on what forums I can and can't post in? It is really annoying. I'd also like the ability to edit my posts, cause my posts are often prone with spelling mistakes and in other forums I often edit them many times.
Thanks for any and all help.

You can always consider removing peasant units entirely from the game - that's the way a lot of mod teams have gone.
As for posting rights, I'm afraid you need an admin rather than a moderator. It is only by special exception that Junior Members can post in the RTW Modding Forums. When you become a full Member you'll have an edit ability and wider posting privileges. If you have any questions about Membership then please ask in the Entrance Hall.
Until then, I recommend using the Preview Post ability and then reread what you have written - allowing you to correct mistakes before they're posted.
