    How did you get it to wait that long in 1.3? I've yet to have a campaign when the reform didn't happen by 230 BC. Doesn't seem to matter what faction I am, it always comes in the 230's to 240's.

    The year is 204 BC in my current Julii camp Marian reforms happened ages ago - cant precisly remember when :P
