Skins and mods help please

Hi i have rome total war 1.0 and i have skins on my game.But i was thinking of installing a mod but that would take awy my skins an textures.so i want to know how i can make two Rome total wars so i can have a Rome total war i can put a mod on and a Rome total war that just stays the same and i still got my skins on it.So you get it i whant two Romes so i can have a modded on and a reguler one so i can put things on it.

Copy and paste your Rome - Total War folder (the one with the .exe file in it).
