Almost nothing is at or near 100% complete. That's the final product you're talking about I think, not the open beta.

As for testing the open beta, the "final" open beta build has not been distributed yet to the members, though the prior versions have been going through bug testing pretty well up until recently (and I'll say that there were very very few CTDs that couldn't be gotten around, but some of those lesser CTDs even have been eliminated now). There's a lot of internal waiting right now for this build but the public shouldn't be expecting it for at least another week. And anyone who interprets that as me saying the open beta would be released in a week will hopefully be made abused here in a merciless manner.

You got it all wrong. The number of asterisks doesn't change. Only the percentage each one represents. There will always be the same amount of asterisks, but the mod will continue to progress and the bar be accurate
