Oldest people you had in RTW

As I can't find any thread with this topic using the forum search (there's around 6 pages of results with the keywords I tried, but they all seem to be about other things) I'd like to know what age your oldest FMs/Agents/others reached before dying... I (being a noob to the game) now have my Julii leader in 212 BC 89 years old and he doesn't seem to want to die soon, although 2 of his 3 children and several grandchildren are already dead, among those the first 2 guys I had chosen as his heirs...
btw, do most of your generals die at the age of 61 or 62, too?

Generals tend to start dying when they turn 60.

Oldest general I've seen (a screenshot) was 101. Search the Colosseum for "Centurion" and you should find the thread. But apparently there was a general who reached the limit. At 128, he turned back to 0.

As Craterus stated the death-chance starts at 60. Target age is 66. From that point on you get an increasing chance of the person dying each turn. Personally I´ve reached 97 with a Roman general. Hanno, the starting Carthaginian leader is prune for a vey high age, around 70-85, in most of my games.
Did a test with that guy once. I kept on playing and quick saving at the end of each turn and when he died I just reloaded the latest save and he kept on living well over his seventies. Now, the interesting part is that it seems that if you reload the chance of death gets nulled. Any confirmation on this theory?

Lol. My oldest leader died with 98 years and made 2 sons after he arrived 90.
I guess it is gothic power to do so

There's a random chance of a family member dying each turn after the age of 60. If you reload, the chances are different. Just like you're not likely to get two of the same number in a row on the roll of a dice.

I had a leader that was just this old nasty killing machine. No command stars, but he was a scarred up old bastard with a sheild bearer and I used him as my near suicide heavy cav for turn after turn after turn. He did not die in bed. :)

I had a princess (23yrs) ask to marry a 70yr old once. I turned it down. Why waste the slot? And plus that's just wrong. (Although maybe if he'd paid a nice dowry.....)
