Its not just the speed mate, its all round work rate and ability. Some of his drum solos have been out of this world and i had the pleasure of seeing one at the NEC a couple of years back and it was simply class

When I was a child
I caught a fleeting glimpse
Out of the corner of my eye.
I turned to look but it was gone
I cannot put my finger on it now
The child is grown,
The dream is gone.
I have become comfortably numb...

Ian, if you dig Rammstein at all, the drumming is simple and good practice. Most songs are a dance beat at 160+BPM. Likewise, ZZ Top is a similar case.
Myself, I can paly guitar, but not well; I only own an acoustic. I played the piano for a few years, and I still retain some of the ability. Also, I own a tin whistle and fiddle around with it every once in a while, but mostly, I do vocals for extreme metal.
Thanks for your advice mate, yeah i like Rammstein, especially Sonne, i dunno why, just seems like their best song to meOriginally Posted by NeonGod

Stereophonics first and second albums are very easy but enjoyable to drum to. They have lost the plot now but these albums especially the first one were fantastic
Aah, by the way.. Muse drummer Dominic Howard is a brilliant drummer, me thinks. Why not listen to him, ian_of_smeg_16![]()
