    Default Brigands, Trade and Taxes.

Well people, I really don't know if this is right, but through the campaign I'm playing, I noticed that in the regions where the taxt rate is high, I get Brigands a lot, while in regions where the tax rate is low, I never get any. Is their any link between Taxes and Brigands?

Now on another thing: Trade. Does a city trade to every other city (Land Trade) as long as it's connected to it by a road, even if the road passes through many other cities? And if yes, then, even if a road is blocked to a city, why isn't the trade done from another one, which links to the blockaded city through another road?
"Cry, the beloved country, for the unborn child that is the inheritor of our fear. Let him not love the earth too deeply. Let him not laugh too gladly when the water runs through his fingers, nor stand too silent when the setting sun makes red the veld with fire. Let him not be moved when the birds of his land are singing, nor give too much of his heart to a mountain or a valley. For fear will rob him of all if he gives too much."

As for Brigands have a look in the ludus magna section of the forum.

As for trade, trade is only done with a neighboring city. Trade does'nt continue on through city after city. Ports are the only way to trade with distant cities
