When, when and again: when?

Hi!

I dont want to spam, but I couldn't find any clear information about the status of this very impressive mod. Nor did I find any information about the release.
So is there anyone who could provide me some serious info about when will the OB be available (apart from "when it will be ready to be released") for download?

So I'd need something like for example: "the 21st of December, 2005".

Instead of calling every such thread "spam thread"s, dont you think, you should give some usable information for the question?

It is really nice to tease us with the very very nice units, the scripts, traits, and so on, but you should have some official standpoint about the release date. Or if you dont know the date, I understand. But you have to know how much work left.

I've seen on many mod forums the following info about the status of the mod, you should try it

"Units: 50%
Buildings: 25%
Scripts: 0%
...."

I hope you understand what I mean!

I understand that you're probably new around here. This question gets asked over and over and over and over and the developers of this mod (all doing it in their free time voluntarily) absolutely and adamently refuse to give a date for the release of the open beta. So I hope you understand the somewhat humorous replies this thread is bound to get.

However, statements have been made within the last week that the mod is just clearing up some CTDs now and that "as soon as the current version is cleaned up of bugs, enough that campaigns can be played without major CTDs all the time, it will become the open beta."

This is as good an answer as anyone will get here for now. Hope this is good news to you friend.

I wish I could answer you but I'm just a fan like you and I have no more informations about the release date...

And if I say that this is a spam thread it's because there were hundreds of people have already asked for a release date and the EB team has always answered that they will never give an estimate so...

By the way let's be patient I'm sure that the wait shouldn't be too long now
