    Default no offices assigned

    I haven't seen anything written about this anywhere else but in my current 1.3 game I'm getting no messages about offices being assigned. Indeed none of my generals currently hold an office nor have they at any point in this campaigne. I'm about 60 years into the game, anyone else expierence this?
