Give us TABOR. When a government gets new revenue all it knows how to do is spend it. The only way to prevent that is to force them to give the extra back to the taxpayers.

After raising taxes in PA, what do they do when the budget stabilizes? Give us a tax break your say? Nope, they vote themselves pay raises.
