Why are 1.3/1.5 so culture driven that they are a pain to mod? All tutorials are 1.2 and totally out of date. When are the tutorials going to be updated?

tutorials are lame for RTW. I remember I once had to redo it because I tried to download a patch somewhere and it messed everything up.
I swear it gave me the biggest headache, this computer voice telling me what to do evey 5 danm seconds...They should make the tutorial more fun if anything.

I think he refers to the modding tutorials. These are made by volunteers, so I really have no clue as to when they'll be rewritten.
