Perhaps the interior ministry was not satisfied with the training courses content , it seemed to lack the important elements like kidnap , torture , murder and voter intimidation .![]()

Iraq hasn't been sending trainees since February (apperently there were some remarks about the Iraqi minister of interior not being happy with the quality) - so it seems there is no link between releasing the hostages and the stop of training.Originally Posted by Kaiser of Arabia
