Every so often I do get the impression that you get a sadistic kick out of making your fans writhe... But we do much the same in Troy: Total War (expect the beta version soon!), so I don't really care that much. But that 'Cancellation of EB' thread really was twisted as hell. I mean, there could have been suicides!

i think its kinda sad all the sarcasm and general gayness thats been goin around lately
i understand suprises, and they are nice
but 3-4 threads, by eb members, basically taunting the fans
gets old

Reasoning: western politicians remove/never grow beards because it makes them look evil and unelectable.

By that logic, politicians would be NON-Evil. Your logic is obviously flawed.
RTW, 167 BC: Rome expels Greek philosophers after the Lex Fannia law is passed. This bans the effete and nasty Greek practice of 'philosophy' in favour of more manly, properly Roman pursuits that don't involve quite so much thinking.
