If the first article is 100% legit, it should and would be ALL OVER the national news because its the kind of crap that stirs people

But the fact that no one else is picking this up makes me doubt its authenticity

Back in the day, 70's and before, to even go into a "Socialist book store" guaranteed your photo being taken by the FBI. Found that out when I went through my first Top Secret clearing (Hearing) - was sorta taken back that anyone would find anything significant about going in a book store (bought 2 books too - the little red book, and Mao on guerrilla warfare). So, moral to the story is: take it for granted that you are probably being watched, especially if you show the slightest hint of curiousity about gaining information about "the enemy". When you live under the umbrella of a paranoid government, don't expect them to act rational or even recognize that its citizens "think" they live in a free democracy.

I own that book, in norwegian. If nothing else, it's an exciting history document - and quite funny to cite (in norwegian) when you are really drunk.
