CA Question: Warcry for Thracian bastarnae?

A question over at the .com has me wondering if CA intended for the Thracian recruitable bastarnae to have warcry or not? The two bastarnae mercs do but the recruitable bastarnae do not. Was this intentional or should those blue bastar...nae be using warcry?

On a side note: I had noted in 1.3 that the AI was not using its warcry in many situations, particularly when on the offensive (it tended to use it when it was waiting to receive an attack.) So far in 1.5 both custom battle and campaign I have seen the AI use its warcry regularly. I'm going to list this as an undocumented improvement...but I'm wondering if it was something that was directly addressed or is coincidental? Works better from what I've seen so far, and that is what is important to me.

Second, I have one hypothesis.

With BI warcry feature is unhardcoded from barbarian factions and can be put on specific unit.

Thracians are greek faction and thus their Bastarnae get no warcry.

Then developer that they are still a bit barbaric, and thus give same feature to their mercenary counterparts.

Note that all bastarnae units merc or not can't sap, feature usuallt added to barbarian units only.
