A note: upload your picture and copy the top link provided in the new ImageShack window.
Seems ImageShack also offers some kind of toolbar for your browser, so ImageShack users can upload pictures whereever they are.

Mouzafphaerre is correct. The link here will upload to your own ImageShack account if you have one (free https://imageshack.us) and if you have the cookie stored on your PC. In that case you can always manage your pictures.
When you don't have your own account, or when the cookie isn't there (logged out) then your picture is uploaded to ImageShack without you being able to delete it.
