I have listed some random cities that I know of. What do you think is the most happiest, healthiest and sexiest city in the world?

My own Halifax is kick ass but Quebec comes a close second. (and they both pwn Montreal with both arms and one foot tied be hind their backs) Where else in north america can you find examples of 16th and 19th century fortifications inside a city.

Rome is sexy and happy, but somewhat unhealthy.
Paris is sexy and happy, but somewhat unhealthy.
