Can anybody give me tips/advice for how I can add new factions, like the Scots, as a playable faction. I know how to mod the Startpos files and that stuff, but I don't know how to add an entirely new faction. Also how can I make BIF files for sheilds etc or can anyone give me some you've made for your mods.
