Sorry to be a killjoy.. good work and all that.. but every single time I've downloaded it I get a "corrupt installer message".. I've downloaded it about 4 times, each from a different site. Any ideas?

ALl the units in eb have far lower numbers per unit then i would expect.
for example my roman hastati come in bunches of 40.Is there a way too fix this en massee withoutb having too go threw all the unit numbers things and changing it all too there current numbers times 2

I haven't tried 3D downloads yet, or Modcraft 1 and 2.. the others have all been the same. I'm pretty certain it's something on my side, tbh. I'll have a play around methinks.

Just to say that I've downloaded the mod, no problems whatsoever in installing and running the mod. All tickety boo. WOW ! very nice lads, thanks a million. This is without doubt how CA should have done it. No CTD's just a few intances of missing info, images ect, which I'm sure will be ironed out.

I'm not sure where to post this.. but when running Europa Barbarum it reaches the title and then crashes, giving me the message;
"Script Error in data/export_descr_buildings.txt, at line 1975, column 45. Unknown unit type specified: barb ealagaeroas"

Yes, you have a corrupted download or a corrupted install.
Reinstall EB, and if that doesn't work, redownload EB and reinstall.

Just a quick question before I download the mod sometime this week, what are the ideal settings? I tend to play on Hard/Hard/Huge in vanilla RTW, but are these the recommended settings for EB or was it designed with other settings in mind?

Does unit size have any effect on gameplay?(I know that it always did, but unt size can be more important with certain mods, like SPQR)

The best settings for EB are VH/M, it was balanced for large unit sizes, but any other should work without a hitch, I usally play on Huge when I'm not balancing.

Just out of curiosity, what makes the large unit size better for balancing than the others?
Edit: Curious, because I always play on Huge myself, and it seems like a lot of other people do to.
Oh, and also the Roman and Seleucid flags seem to be switched.

We will be patching things, but not "all the known issues," in the near future. I can't give any estimates at this time.

Hey designers! I just now found this mod and I will say so far it looks real good! I am a long time fan of RTR and EB already shows signs of matching the former's greatness! Hell, I don't know anyone who plays RTW unmodded anymore!
Add me to the list of testers when new builds come out. Before i post my comments I better go and read the bug reorting thread to see if some of the problems I have noticed have already been mentioned.
Oh yeah, I sure hope you guys will be adding a new, compelling musical score that will rival RTR's. Keep up the GREAT work!
