Help With Version and Patching Problems

Hello all

Ive been having a blast playing the various RTW mods, but have now created a problem for myself. Ive somehow screwed up a bit of code that states the current patch installed on my main RTW install. Meaning I unintsall what is supposted to be my main game install... then reinstall then attempt to patch to 1.2... but am told that I am already patched to this.... which Im not

I've moved moded installs around to have multiple instances of the game on my HD.... bu thave buggered somethign in this process...

any ideas on how to fix this cuz I cant patch my clean install...??

check in the downloads section for a .zip version of the patch i am sure there is one because i used it but i am not sure where to get it from... the only other way you can get the patch to install is to muck up your computer and reboot it.... i did that as well

You don't have to down the 1.2zip version, just create a shortcut of the 1.2 exe, the right click on it and go to properties and at target add /a like .../Rome-TW_V1.2Patch.exe" /a.
This will make the installer extract the 1.2 patch.

dont remind me of this....

I had to uninstall BI, and my other RTW, then re-install, and then uninstall again when i realised 1.2 was already 'installed'. then i re-installed, it worked, and i messed up descr_model_battle so had to start from scratch...
