CastleFlag files were are they?

Can anybody tell me were the castleflag files are for MTW, I just want to replace the burgundian castle flags with scottish ones I have but I can't find were they're stored. Also were are the kings names stored??? I want to replace the burgundian ones with scottish ones, but i can't because I can't find them.

Since you're replacing Burgundy, I'm guessing it's MTW 1.1. Well, I don't know if they're different but I have VI Expansion and the castle flags are stored in Total War/Medieval - Total War/Textures/campmap/castleflags.

I think I found them, but does anyone know a program that converts BMP to BIF files.

Also were are the kings names stored???
