Yeah, from the looks of it you're on your way to total victory. All you have to do is concentrate on the Brutii in Southern Italy and the Balkans. Once they're down you can start exterminating the Scipii, who are much less of an immediate threat from the looks of it. Start from Sicily down through Africa.

Just make sure you hold on to your outpost in Carthage (and Lepcis Magna, if you could) as the later invasion of Africa will be easier. Indeed, if you want naval superiority (not necessary, as you can hop from Italy to Sicily in less than one turn, and the same for Sicily to Carthage, or Corduba to Tingi), you can use Carthage as a "repair dock" between your naval battles for your damaged fleets.

The ports of the Brutii, once acquired, will help you build your fleets if you don't have your own ports or fleets already.

Alliances in this game are...rather...useless. Stand on your own feet is the way to go.
