Numb of Toe

I recently got a job in the hotel line which require me to stand for 12 hours straight and after working for like 4 days i started to feel numbness (can't feel anything) in the left half of my right toe. Do you guys know what's the cause or anyone have the same problem?

My feet would get sore not numb. I get numb when there's no blood flowing like when I cross my legs when sitting on floor.

Or, if possible, you could ask for a chair to sit on... It depends what you do though.
