Averni fleet stuck outside Sagesta's Port...

I think my title says it all doesn't it? I'm playing as the Romans and there has been an Averni fleet stuck outside the port of Sagesta for at least 20 game years... It contains a large Averni army... Occasionally they move it to the left a little, occasionally to the right, but it appears they are stuck and can't do anything with the ship...

Wasn't the bug where navies get stuck to land fixed in 1.2? If not then that is the cause... I'll get you a screenshot when i go into the game later.

Do the Averni still have a port city?

i had the same thing. In my game they did not have a port. Sometime in the campaign i raided roman territory and gave i think segsest to the arverni as a buffer and first thing they did was land the army on their ships.
