May i ask, but what is the point in the RTW Library? In all the time it's existed, there's only ever been one article, and that isn't even too helpful or handy.

The Library is mostly a relic from an old forum. There were some benefits to that board, but nightmare is a fitting description. at some point, we were forced to prune it to 10,000 posts maximum. Quite a few good posts would be lost. Creating a read only library, containing, sometimes condensed, important posts was the only way. It also became something like the Guides forum.
It wouldn't surprise me, if posts found in the Library, also exist in other forums (where they originate from). As many backups, also pre-prunning, were used to create this forum. Most doubles, triples and so on are removed, but you'll still find some.
I think, the topics should be moved to their origin again.
