I believe he's not speaking in his native tongue, not just crazy. =] I think I deciphered his request as well.

The thread title for this thread is "Downloads"... anyone thus looking in this forum would click this thread expecting to find something to download. Thus, he is asking a mod or the thread poster to add a question mark after "Downloads" so that it will indicate a query rather than a statement. Thus saying, "Downloads?"
