Just one more sad example of America's favorite 'get rich quick' scheme, the lawsuit. It's a crying shame we don't have the law that the UK does that when you sue somebody, and it's clearly BS, you have to pay all legal fees for the defendant.

That would do FAR more to deter nuisance suits etc. than would some artificial cap on damages and the like.

You know, I just realized, this guy cannot possibly know anybody in real life. Would you ever be able to face your friends/mates after having your name associated with a lawsuit like this? "They hurt my feelings by laughing at me in an online chatroom?"

I think I'd be forced to beat up any friend of mine that I knew involved with something like this.... as a favor to him! Get that testoserone flowing again! Fight Club, baby!
