I assumed he meant "Country of Ethnic Origin" by nationality. If you are asking me if I have some type of legal ties to Finland, my answer would be no.

I was just going to put American for both, but whatever. The only "true" Americans are either alcoholics or own casinos. The rest of us are just bastard sons. But what the hell am I going to call myself? I'm no frickin "European-American", as if I am some type of minority (which I now am in my state).

Ethnicity is best left alone, as it is a much too murky concept once delved into.
