And yet, ironically, America both has no militarily capable enemies at all, (and so should be spending less) and yet STILL lacks the military capability to engage countries posing a moderate threat to her interests, Iran, North Korea, and so isn't even getting value for the billions she does spend. Is the military the most inefficient public sector organisation in the US?)
